合同中更为常见的是用desire，用熟悉的want，wish较不正式。
例：
1.whereas party a desires to use party b' s technology and trademark to manufacture and sell road marks in china and overseas markets;
2.whereas the licensee desires to design, manufacture, sell and export the abovementioned time machine by using licensor' s know how.
